Our Purpose
Engineering students are preparing to enter a world shaped by rapid technological advancement, evolving industries, and new expectations for technical professionals. Academic knowledge provides the foundation, but students also benefit from access to people who can help them understand how engineering is applied in the workplace.
The program was created to bridge that space.
Through mentoring, students receive practical guidance, encouragement, and insight from professionals who understand the opportunities and challenges associated with building a successful career.

The program is open to students across the College’s engineering disciplines:

Chemical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Computer Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Students at different stages of their academic journeys are encouraged to participate, including those who are still exploring their interests and those actively preparing for internships, employment, research, or graduate school.
Mentors may include alumni, engineers, researchers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and other professionals with experience that can benefit an emerging engineer.
