The program provides the connection and the structure. Mentors and mentees bring the consistency, openness, and ownership that make it meaningful.

Mentors & Mentees are expected to provide program feedback. Every response helps the team improve matching, strengthen support, and measure the experience responsibly.

Mentors Commit

  • Meet at least twice a semester

  • Remain accessible to support the student

  • Offer practical guidance, perspective, and encouragement

Mentees Commit

  • Take charge of their careers

  • Meet with their mentor at least twice each semester

  • Prepare, follow through, and communicate consistently
